The staff were the best i have ever encountered. So helpful and friendly. They ran around for us and even arranged transportation for us. They hotel also allowed us to leave our luggage while we went to Phuket. The rooms were very clean and they were cleaned daily.

Super close to BITEC, just 5 mins shortcut walk. Rooms are clean and spacious. Value for money. A little vibrations from the roadside but no issues not noisy.

Cheerful service, clean, and near to where I need to go for my meetings at the convention centre, near to metro station (Bangna BTS), and surrounded by affordable eateries serving local food (well, if you are not overly demanding about your food). Love the proper work desk too.

Its proximity to our work place and transit arrangements. The courtesy by the Staff, is exceptional. Facilities were perfect for any type of stay, business or personal. Great silent drills by their Team to make things up and keep it Tidy every time we returned back to the Room, irrespective of the time out.

Welcoming staff and very clean room. There is a small refrigerator. Wide large beds. Walking to the conference center.

How friendly the staff are, they go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend it to anybody definitely i don't know a single word of Thai, and the lady helped me in so many ways, from booking a taxi to even talking to a friend for me, excellent service ☺️💖

The staff was friendly and rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable and shower temperature and pressure was decent.

If you’re attending a convention in BITEC, hotel’s location is perfect because it’s a short 5min walk to the convention center. Room and bathroom are super clean. Elevator is fast even for a boutique hotel. Staff are super helpful with all your requests!
